Heir to a rare pastry craftsmanship rooted in the great French tradition, Maison Bastien Blanc-Tailleur has been distinguished with the prestigious “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (French Living Heritage Company) label, awarded by the French State to companies embodying exceptional artisanal expertise.
The chef is dedicated to preserving and elevating an exceptional French savoir-faire, where pastry artistry meets architecture and haute couture.
Within the studio, a team of around ten pastry chefs, personally trained by the chef, works meticulously with raw materials to create the sugar decorations and floral designs that define the house’s signature style.
Here, bespoke and exceptional creations are conceived with the delicacy of truly passionate artisans. Producing only a limited number of order each year, every creation of the Maison is unique, exclusive, distinctive, and innovative.
